Terra Firma Chambers will host a seminar event in Inverness on on Thursday 18th October at the Glenmoriston Town House.
The seminar will be chaired by Stuart Gale QC who will also present a paper exploring the relevance of the Bribery Act 2010 to everyday commercial life. In addition, Mark Mohammed will deliver a Judicial Review update and James Findlay QC will review recent developments in Planning Law.
There is no charge for attendance at this event which has been accredited for 1.5 hours of CPD by the Faculty of Advocates. The seminar will be followed by a drinks reception.
