Terra Firma Chambers will host a seminar event in Ayr on Thursday 25th October at the Fairfield House Hotel.
The seminar will be chaired James Findlay QC who will also present an update on Planning Law. In addition, Mark Mohammed will present an update on Judicial Review, Luise Locke will deliver a talk on the Bribery Act and Peter Grant-Hutchison will present a review of recent Employment case law and a consideration of proposed Government reforms.
There is no charge for attendance at this event which has been accredited for 1.5 hours of CPD by the Faculty of Advocates. The seminar will be followed by a drinks reception.
