Trustbar (The Trusts, Fiduciaries And Executries Bar Group) is presenting a seminar on Company Disputes at the A.K. Bell Library, York Place, Perth on Thursday 14th March 2013.  At this event, Terra Firma members David Bartos and Derek Francis will present talks on Directors’ Liabilities upon Insolvency and Minority Shareholder’s Remedies respectively.

The seminar has been accredited by the Faculty of Advocates as contributing 1 hour CPD for its own members and is eligible for a similar award from the Law Society of Scotland for the solicitor branch of the profession.  The seminar will be followed by drinks and canapes and the cost for attendance is £25 per delegate.
