Judicial Expenses are often hidden costs to the client and often viewed with derision by the general public. Not only are they perceived as complex by the public. They are also potentially cumbersome for the legal professional, being calculated at different rates that solicitors fees themselves and sometimes incurring extra costs for the client.
This seminar will broadly examine Judicial Expenses, looking at practical knowledge for legal professionals.
The seminar will be held from 5.30pm to 7.30pm and is eligible for an award of 2 hours of CPD.
